10DLC Unverified Brand

A brand is always unverified for the same reason, either the legal company name, address, or EIN has been entered differently than the IRS has it if it is a US Brand. To correct it you need the IRS Form CP-575 known as the EIN Confirmation Letter. You need that because making a small error such as putting "Street" instead of "St." in the address if that is the way the IRS has it can cause the Brand to remain permanently "Unverified".

Important note: On the IRS EIN letter the first contact name is the legal company name and the second is the DBA.

You need to match exactly the way the address and EIN is on the EIN letter as well.

For Canada:

If your primary business registration is in Canada, please provide your Business Number: Your Canadian Business Number (BN) that was issued by the CRA. Please only enter the first 9 numeric digits. Example: 123456789RM0001 Only enter what is in the red box. As always, please ensure that your legal company name is consistent with your corporation registration and is properly spelled. The address you enter should also be the same as that used in registering with Corporations Canada. Please enter the numeric portion of your VAT ID number. Automated VAT identification matching is currently optimized for the following list of countries. Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Northern Ireland, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Belarus, Iceland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan If your country is NOT on the following list, please provide the primary corporation registration number or Tax ID number for your country and note the country of issuance.

For a Publicly Traded Brand you must complete a 2fa email from Aegis with an email domain that matches the website and that is not a group alias (must go to an individual's email). For previously Verified Publicly Traded brands before this rule (somewhere in q4 of 2024 this took effect) the brand must complete the 2fa email before they can create a new campaign.
