If you are receive one of these errors after submitting a campaign for carrier review:

Inaccurate Registration. Inconsistency between Brand, website, description, Call to Action and/or sample messages (603)

or

Inaccurate Registration. Inconsistency between sample message, description, attributes and/or call to action with selected use-case. (602)

The carriers look for something called consistency and accuracy when reviewing campaigns. That means if you selected a marketing use case when creating the campaign then that must be consistent throughout the campaign description, message flow, opt in form, website and sample messages.

If you select the use case 2FA (which is an authentication text as part of logging in), and then your campaign description, opt in form and message flow say a different use case, like Account Notifications or Marketing then that is inconsistent and is cause for decline.

If your campaign description says the traffic will be customer care and appointment reminders for a Mechanic's shop and the website in the brand details or the website provided for the opt in in the message flow is for an Accounting Firm, then that is inconsistent and will be cause for decline.

The sample messages also have to be consistent with all the other fields, website, and use cases. If you select only a 2fa use case and put anything other than a 2fa use case in the sample message then that would be inconsistent and cause for decline. Each use case you select must have one representative sample message. A dedicated marketing use case or a mixed use case requires at least 2 sample messages, or more.

So if you get this error please check the following fields for consistency and accuracy:

1) Use cases selected at time of campaign creation.

2) Website you gave on brand page and in the message flow if it was a digital opt in.

3) Campaign description.

4) Message Flow and Opt in Form.

5) Sample Messages.
