​Information on Alphanumeric Sender ID registration:
​
​Registration of Alphanumeric Senders towards UAE have been put on hold by the local operators until further notice. Due to this we are currently unable to process any registration requests to this destination.
​
​Additional recommendations:
​
For promotional traffic, the suffix "AD" must be added to the Alphanumeric Sender for traffic distinction.
​
Promotional traffic is not allowed between 09:00 pm and 07:00 local time, all traffic submitted during this time window will be queued and delivery will be attempted outside the time period.
​
Religious, gambling political or adult traffic is prohibited.
​
The use of generic Alpha Sender IDs is not recommended. Alpha Senders should be directly related to the message content.
