Check your inbox for a magic link — click it to log in. No password needed.
Start building — your $10 AI credit is automatically applied.
What's a magic link? It's a secure, one-time login URL sent to your email. Each time you sign in, you'll receive a new magic link instead of using a password.

How the $10 AI Credit Works
Your $10 credit is applied automatically as a discount on AI product usage. A few things to note:
Your portal balance will show $0 — this is expected. The credit works behind the scenes as a discount on AI costs, not as a wallet balance.
The credit covers up to $10 in total AI usage plus one US local phone number.
You don't need to activate or redeem anything — it's already applied when you sign up.
What's Available on Freemium
Freemium accounts are designed for exploring Telnyx AI products. Other Telnyx products (Voice, Messaging, Networking, etc.) require a full account.
If you try to use a non-AI product on a Freemium account, the API call will typically return an error.
Upgrading to a Full Account
Ready to go beyond AI products or need more than $10 in credits? You can upgrade your Freemium account to a full Telnyx account.
To upgrade:
Log in to your Telnyx Portal.
Click your profile icon in the top corner.
Go to Account Level and click Upgrade.
Verify your identity through LinkedIn or GitHub.
What to know about the upgrade process:
You have two verification attempts — one via LinkedIn and one via GitHub. If one method is rejected, you can try the other.
Once approved, your account becomes a standard Telnyx trial account with access to all products.
After upgrading, the $10 AI promo credit is removed and your balance resets to $0. You'll need to add funds to continue using services.
If your upgrade is rejected:
If rejected via one method (e.g., LinkedIn), try the other (e.g., GitHub).
If rejected via both, you can create a new Telnyx account using a business email address.
If you've already tried both routes and used a business email, contact Telnyx Support for further assistance.
Note: Each LinkedIn or GitHub account can only be used to verify one Telnyx account. If you've previously verified a different account with the same LinkedIn or GitHub, you'll need to use that existing account instead.
Cancelling Your Freemium Account
If you'd like to cancel your Freemium account, contact Telnyx Support.
If you want to reuse your email address to create a full Telnyx business account instead, let our support team know and they'll help you with the transition.

Can I add funds to my Freemium account?
