Best Practices for Contacting Porting

Our Porting team is available 9am - 5pm CT, Monday-Friday. All communications outside of that time will be resolved the following business day.

How to Contact Porting

You can contact the Porting team by clicking the chat icon on the bottom right of the screen when signed into the Portal. You can also reach us by email at porting@telnyx.com or by phone at 1-888-980-9750.

Reporting / Correcting Porting Issues

We ask that all requests be posted on the individual order, not just via chat/support ticket. This allows us to have cross-company visibility, and ensure that clear communication is present throughout.

What support method is best

Depending on your need, different support issues may be more helpful.

Need a status update? Chat or phone will be a quick resolution.

Need to communicate about an expedite or context about a port? Support ticket may be the best option for you.
