DID Number Requirements for Kenya


Local numbers in Kenya

For business identity verification:
*Copy company registration: A copy of the company registration must be provided in local language or English

*Signed KYC document

*Copy ID legal representative: A copy of the ID of the legal representative must be provided

*Certificate of incorporation (within the country)

*Copy PIN/VAT certificate

*Current CR12 with the list of directors (only for Kenyan entities)

*Certificate/Letter from bank referencing the acc- number & name

*Service description required: A description of the service that will be provided on the number must be presented

For address verification:
* Address Worldwide (street, building number, postal code, city and country)
*Proof of address (worldwide): A proof of the address of the number user needs to be supplied. The address may be anywhere worldwide.

Toll-free numbers in Kenya

  1. In case of business use, a copy of an ID of the contact person of the number used must be presented

  2. A copy of the company registration must be provided
