DID Number Requirements for Ukraine

For personal identity verification:
* Name, last name
* Contact phone number

* Contact e-mail
* Passport or ID copy

For business identity verification:
* Name, last name
* Contact phone number

* Contact e-mail
* Passport or ID copy
* Company name
* Company incorporation certificate copy

For address verification:
* Address worldwide (street, building number, postal code, city, and country)

User registration is not required.

Private use: Name & Address: The name and address of the enduser needs to be available

Business use: Name & Address: The company-name & address needs to be available.

IP address of the number-user used for traffic termination: The IP address of the number-user on which the traffic is being terminated needs to be supplied.

Copy ID: Copy passport or formal ID card.

*Please note that once the documentation is received it will take approximately 72 hours to validate the information and activate the number for use.
