Submit a Data Subject Request (DSR) to Telnyx

A Data Subject Request (DSR) is a request to exercise your privacy rights over personal data that Telnyx processes — for example access, correction, deletion (erasure), or a request that your personal data not be disclosed or re-disclosed (sometimes called a redaction or non-disclosure request), as provided for by privacy laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA, and U.S. state privacy laws.

How to submit

Submit all data privacy requests through the official Telnyx form: https://telnyx.com/request-to-control-review-data

The form is the intake channel for GDPR, CCPA, and U.S. state privacy law requests. Submitting through it allows Telnyx to verify the validity of your request and process it in accordance with applicable law.

What happens after you submit

Telnyx reviews the request to confirm its validity and processes it in accordance with applicable law. You will receive a response within one month for GDPR and CCPA rights requests, as described in the Telnyx Privacy Policy.
