What IPs do I need to whitelist?
Depending on your location, and whether or not you have a firewall/acl configured on your network - please configure the SIP trunk on your voice platform using the following domains:
(North America)
FQDN: sip.telnyx.com
Primary: 192.76.120.10 | Secondary: 64.16.250.10
(Canada)
FQDN: sip.telnyx.ca
Primary: 192.76.120.31 | Secondary: 64.16.250.13
(Europe)
FQDN: sip.telnyx.eu
Primary: 185.246.41.140 | Secondary: 185.246.41.141
(Australia)
FQDN: sip.telnyx.com.au
Primary: 103.115.244.145 | Secondary: 103.115.244.146
If you have a firewall configured on your network, you will need to whitelist the following Media IPs.
US/CAN: 64.16.224.0/19 (addresses .0 to .255)
EU: 185.246.41.128/25 (addresses .128 to .255)
AUS: 103.115.244.128/25 (addresses .128 to .255)
When using the media forking feature Telnyx will send the forked media from an IP address in one of these subnets:

You may need to explicitly open your firewall to allow UDP traffic from these subnets.

US - SV1 - 192.76.120.144/29 in US-West.
EU - LD6 - 185.246.41.0/29 in London, UK.
EU - FR5 - 185.246.41.8/29 in Frankfurt, DE.
EU - AM6 - 185.246.41.16/29 in Amsterdam, NL.
