What IPs do I need to whitelist?
Depending on your location, and whether or not you have a firewall/acl configured on your network - please configure the SIP trunk on your voice platform using the following domains:
Primary: 184.108.40.206 | Secondary: 220.127.116.11
Primary: 18.104.22.168 | Secondary: 22.214.171.124
Primary: 126.96.36.199 | Secondary: 188.8.131.52
Primary: 184.108.40.206 | Secondary: 220.127.116.11
If you have a firewall configured on your network, you will need to whitelist the following Media IPs.
US/CAN: 18.104.22.168/19 (addresses .0 to .255)
EU: 22.214.171.124/25 (addresses .128 to .255)
AUS: 126.96.36.199/25 (addresses .128 to .255)
When using the media forking feature Telnyx will send the forked media from an IP address in one of these subnets:
188.8.131.52/26 (addresses .0 to .63)
184.108.40.206/26 (addresses .0 to .63)
220.127.116.11/26 (addresses .128 to .191)
18.104.22.168/27 (addresses .192 to .223)
subnets specified in Media section.
You may need to explicitly open your firewall to allow UDP traffic from these subnets.
For our programmable services, such as TeXML, Fax, Messaging and Call Control we currently deliver webhooks from the following sites:
US - CH1 - 22.214.171.124/29 in US-Central (addresses .128 to .135)
US - DC2 - 126.96.36.199/29 in US-East (addresses .136 to .143)
US - SV1 - 188.8.131.52/29 in US-West (addresses .144 to .151)
