What IPs do I need to whitelist?

SIP Signalling and Media Servers

Depending on your location, and whether or not you have a firewall/acl configured on your network - you'll need to add both our media IP addresses and our SIP Signaling addresses to your Firewall whitelist configuration.

You can always find the updated list of addresses in https://sip.telnyx.com

For our programmable services, such as TeXML, Fax, Messaging and Call Control we currently deliver webhooks from the following sites:

US - CH1 - 192.76.120.128/29 in US-Central
US - DC2 - 192.76.120.136/29 in US-East.
US - SV1 - 192.76.120.144/29 in US-West.

EU - LD6 - 185.246.41.0/29 in London, UK.
EU - FR5 - 185.246.41.8/29 in Frankfurt, DE.

EU - AM6 - 185.246.41.16/29 in Amsterdam, NL.
