DID Number Requirements for Turkey
In order to purchase a Turkey number you will need to provide the following:
Local and National Numbers in Turkey
For personal identity verification:

* Signed copy of personal subscription agreement (Abonelik Sozlesmesi)
* Passport or ID copy (Kimlik Fotokopisi)
For business identity verification:
* Name, last name of an authorized representative
* Company name
* Contact phone number
* Signed copy of corporate subscription agreement (Kurumsal Abonelik Sözleşmesi)
* Circular of Signatures (İmza Sirküleri)
* Tax Registration Certificate (Vergi Levhası)
* Chamber of Commerce Registration Document (Faaliyet Belgesi)
* Trade Registry Gazette (Ticari Sicil Gazetesi)
* Passport or ID copy of an authorized representative (Yetkili Kimlik Fotokopisi)
For address verification:
* Address in Turkey (street, building number, postal code, city, and country)
