DID Number Requirements for Germany


Local Numbers in Germany

For personal identity verification:
* Name, last name
* Contact phone number
* Passport or ID copy
* Germany registration form - Click here to download

For business identity verification:
* Name, last name
* Contact phone number
* Company name
* German company incorporation certificate copy
* Germany registration form - Click here to download

The form should be fully signed and include the representative's name, surname, date, and company's stamp. If the stamp is not available, the company's name should be written by hand on the registration form.

For address verification:
* Address matching the DID area code (street, building number, postal code, city, and country)
* A copy of a utility bill (less than 3 months old)


Please Note: Only scanned documents are acceptable for German number registration.

National Numbers in Germany

Toll-Free Numbers in Germany

  • Local Address in the same country as DID ordered( street, building number, postal code, city, and country)

  • An LOI needs to be signed by the end-user

  • Name, business name, and contact phone numbers.

  • The place of birth of the contact person must be presented.

  • Copy ID of the legal representative

  • How the service will be marketed

  • A copy of the company registration must be provided

  • Letter of Authorization or Power of Attorney needs to be filled in and signed

    • Please Note: This document will be provided by Telnyx

  • Full name, address, and birthdate of local representative

*Once the documentation is received it will take approximately 72 hours to validate the information and activate the number for use.
