DID Number Requirements for United Arab Emirates

In order to purchase a United Arab Emirates number you will need to provide the following:

Local Numbers in UAE

​For business identity verification:

* Name, last name of the owner of the company

* Company name

* Contact phone number of the owner of the company

* Certificate of registration

* Copy of ID or Passport of the owner of the company

* Business use case

* Traffic Forecast

For address verification:

* Address Worldwide (street, building number, postal code, city and country)

Additional information:

* Business use required: Business use is required for UAE local numbers, private use is not allowed.

* Numbers requested will be reviewed by the Compliance Department, which reserves the right to decline provisioning at its discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Toll-Free Numbers in United Arab Emirates

For business identity verification:

* Name, last name of an authorized representative

* Contact phone number of an authorized representative

* Contact email of an authorized representative

* Company name

* Company registration certificate (must be a non-UAE entity)

* Recently Signed LOI (Signed within 1 month - The document will be provided by Telnyx)
* Traffic Forecast

For address verification:

* Address worldwide outside of United Arab Emirates (street, building number, postal code, city and country)

Additional Information:

* Business use required: Business use is required for UAE toll-free numbers, private use is not allowed.

* Call Routing: Toll-Free numbers cannot land or be forwarded to destinations within the UAE.

* Usage Requirement: Numbers are subject to disconnection if no traffic is observed for six (6) consecutive months.

* End-User Restrictions: The end user must not be based in the UAE.

** Minimum Service Period: UAE toll-free numbers must remain active on your account for a minimum period of 1 year (the “Minimum Service Period”). Prior to the end of the Minimum Service Period, early termination of such numbers is not permitted and you shall be responsible for all applicable charges and fees with respect to such numbers for such Minimum Service Period.
