How do I check the status of my port request?

What is porting?

If you're switching service providers you may be able to keep your existing phone number. This process, often referred to as phone number porting, can be done between wireline, IP and wireless providers.

  • Please use our portability tool to see if a number is portable.

  • If there is a telephone number you need to acquire that is not currently in our inventory, please request it following these steps.

Check Porting Status in Mission Control

You can view the status of your port request in real-time directly from the Mission Control portal.
