Bulk Requests on the Mission Control Portal

At present, the Mission Control portal has certain limitations when it comes to handling multiple tasks at once. Here's a detailed breakdown:

Limitations

  • The portal does not have the built-in capacity to delete numbers in large quantities at once.

  • Adjusting certain specific settings in bulk is also not feasible directly via the portal.

    • Such as

      • SIP Connections or Outbound Voice Profiles

      • Messaging Profiles

      • Voice/Fax/TeXML Applications

      • Wireless Resources

      • Network Resources

      • Storage Resources

While these limitations exist on the mission control portal, you can still leverage our API's to complete these requests should you have the ability to do so.

  • Despite these constraints, our dedicated team is more than willing to assist you with such bulk requests.

Special Note for Organizations

  • When organisations submit bulk requests, it's crucial that these requests come directly from the organisation's owner.

  • For the sake of security and to ensure the integrity of the organisation's data, we strictly do not accept or process bulk requests that come from sub members or other non-primary users within the organisation.

Processing Time

  • We value the importance of these bulk tasks and aim to process them as quickly as possible. However, please be advised that there's a mandatory minimum period of 72 hours to complete such requests. This window allows us to ensure the accuracy, security, and efficiency of the process.

    • We understand that customers, from time to time, require deleting numbers before the new month starts so monthly recurring charges are not incurred.

    • We recommend that you provide sufficient time for these requests to support and not leave it until the day before the new month starts, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed in time and that you will not be charged.

  • Bulk updates are not processed over the weekend in case engineering assistance is required.
