Porting Hours
Brazil port activation windows vary based on region — there is no single standard time.
Typical activation windows:
12 PM – 2 PM Brazil local time (primary)
Early morning, 4:00–6:00 AM CT, or late afternoon, 5:00 PM CT
The exact activation window for your order is confirmed at FOC and communicated in your FOC confirmation.
After activation
Once a port triggers at its confirmed window, the losing carrier releases the numbers — this can take up to 3 hours. Calls route to Telnyx as soon as the release completes, and the order status reflects actual completion.
