You can port your virtual numbers or VoIP numbers to Telnyx, providing that the number(s) are 10-digit US numbers.

To port your VoIP, Google Voice or Skype number to Telnyx you will need to submit a port request

If you do not have an invoice or bill from your provider, you will need to get the account information from within your account with your service provider. Please ensure that the information in your account matches the information that you input on the LOA.

Porting from Skype

  1. If you do not have an invoice/bill with your account information on it, please take a screenshot of your account information page within your account and upload this as the "invoice/bill" on your port request.

Porting from Google Voice

  1. If you use Google Voice, you will need to ensure that you have "unlocked" your number(s). To do this, go to https://voice.google.com/unlock to allow other carriers to port your phone numbers from Google.

  2. If you do not have an invoice/bill with your account information on it, please take a screenshot of your account information page within your account and upload this as the "invoice/bill" on your port request.

It is important to ensure that all of the information from with your service provider's account matches exactly what you have submitted to Telnyx to port your number.
